Our guarantee – refund policy

Our guarantee here at Redmond is “Love it or return it.” If you do not love what you have purchased from us, you can return it within 30 days after receiving your product(s) for a full refund. 

To process your return, we will need the confirmation number from your order to verify proof of purchase. Because of the nature of our products, you may not need to ship anything back to us in order to receive a refund.

After contacting us, we will determine if your items are able to be returned, and if so, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  

If we determine that your items are not able to be returned, we will process your refund right away to your original payment method. You will be refunded within 10 business days, not including the time your bank or credit card company may take to post the refund back to you. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@redmondequine.com
